Skill / Strength
Every :90 x 5 – 3 Front Squat + 2 Push Press + 1 Thruster
– Ascending weight as form dictates. Strive for perfect form here. All 3 movements have a strong drive out of the heel and hip extension. Let’s try to build to our working weight for the day. Get comfortable under the barbell, keep the core rock-solid and find an explosive hip extension.
