Workout: June 13, 2015

Warm up:  agility / ROM

Workout:  partners – chipper (one athlete rests while the other works – break this up however you want)

Row 500 meter

  • 100 squats
  • 90 Double Unders
  • 80 push ups (chest to deck)

Row 500 meters

  • 70 wall balls
  • 60 Walking lunges (overhead weighted) (#15/25/45)
  • 50 burpee box jumps

Row 500 meters

  • 40 thrusters  (45/35)
  • 30 over the box medball sit ups
  • 20 Hand stand push ups (scale to pike)

Row 500 meters

  • 10 Wheel barrows (or 10 muscle ups)

Stretch:  Yoga
