Nutrition Kick Start - Steps that Count

This entire month is about helping you figure out what you want 2025 to mean to you.

We want to help you Create Your Own Destiny and Win the Year now by setting clear and realistic goals (aka following a few easy-to-maintain action steps) that will take you where you want to go.

This your PSA to not aim for a complete 180. Make a few small changes that will have an impact. Adding a few small habits like the ones below can really help catalyze change!

  • 25g Protein shake with breakfast
  • Eat a cup of blueberries a day
  • Before junk food, eat a cup of broccoli
  • Add 10m to your evening walks
  • Do 10 Wall Push Ups after every bathroom break

Small habits shouldn't impede your life, they shouldn't make you incredibly sore, and they definitely shouldn't take a lot of prep or planning.

Foundational habits may not make you lose 10 pounds in 10 days, but they have a significant impact on your quality of life and are easy to follow.
