Front squats take the spotlight in the strength portion. You’ll complete 4 sets of 6–8 reps, working at a manageable 60–70% of your max. It’s all about dialing in your form: weight in your heels, chest up, elbows high, and knees pushing out. This foundational move not only builds lower-body strength but also improves your posture and mobility—key for handling life’s daily demands.
🔥 Feel the Burn in the METCON!
The workout is fast-paced and exciting, with 4 sets that challenge your grip, coordination, and endurance. You’ll tackle rope climbs (or a scaled option), single-arm KB hang clean and jerks, and goblet squats. With just a minute of rest between sets, you’ll feel the burn while keeping the intensity high. The 15-minute cap ensures a focused effort that leaves you feeling accomplished!
