💪 Strength & Control First!
We kick things off with skill-focused movements designed to build core and upper body stability. Expect inchworm push-ups, scap pull-ups, and kettlebell front rack holds to fire up your shoulders, core, and grip. These moves aren’t just warm-up drills—they’re essential for long-term strength and injury prevention!

🏃 The METCON: A Test of Grit!
This 5-round circuit will challenge your endurance, coordination, and mental toughness. Wall walks build core and shoulder strength, the run keeps your heart rate up, the kettlebell carry reinforces posture and grip, and toes-to-bar help develop a strong, resilient core. It’s a full-body challenge that rewards consistency over speed!
