Settle and Move - 25m Burner

🔥 This workout is about showing up—for your body, your mind, and your long-term health. With a steady warm-up on the rower with easy bodyweight movements to get going. We're keeping the weights lighter and the movements less complex so you can focus on intensity and speed!

🏋️‍♀️ The strength work starts with intention. We’ll warm up lower body running prep and review mechanics for the barbell clean, effective movements that warm up the entire body. We'll spend time focusing on specific mechanics so you feel confident pushing the pace today.

🚣 The 25-minute AMRAP is where you settle in and move. You’ll rotate through rowing, weightlifting, pull-ups, and jumps—all at your own pace. It’s not about crushing it; it’s about staying in it. This kind of consistency builds stamina—not just in the gym, but in everyday life.

🌟 Today’s workout is a metaphor for life: start steady, find your rhythm, and keep going. You don’t need to be perfect—you just need to begin.
