This 6-week program is designed to fit into your busy life while helping you build lasting habits for better health. Whether you’re ready to tackle your body composition goals, regain energy, or simply feel better in your own skin, this challenge is the perfect way to start the new year feeling confident and empowered.

Yes, it’s a group event, but we know that everyone’s journey is unique. That’s why our expert coach, Heather Benek, will provide plenty of one-on-one coaching to tailor the program to your specific needs.

📊 Track Your Progress with Body Composition Scans

We’ll kick things off with a professional body composition scan, and you’ll get another one midway through and at the end. These insights will help you see how your hard work is paying off!

📚 Weekly Group Education & Assignments

Each week, you’ll join your fellow participants for in-person meetings where we’ll tackle topics like meal planning, mindful eating, and how to make healthier choices without overhauling your lifestyle. Plus, you’ll earn points for completing progressive assignments designed to challenge and motivate you!
