Today’s workout is a 30-minute AMRAP designed to challenge your endurance, strength, and mental toughness. You’ll cycle through 500/400m rows, lateral box step-overs, toes-to-bar, and rope climbs—round after round. The goal? Keep moving, stay consistent, and see how many rounds you can rack up. This is the kind of workout where you’ll surprise yourself with how far you can go.

The toes-to-bar and rope climbs will fire up your core and test your grip strength. Don’t worry if you’re new to these movements—scaling options are always in play. Focus on controlled reps, efficient technique, and steady breathing. These skills aren’t just about getting through the workout; they’re about building a foundation for long-term progress.

With the Open just around the corner, we’re shifting gears. This might be one of our last long Tuesday workouts before we turn up the heat with higher-intensity intervals.
