They are everywhere. You cook with them, add them to your salads, use them for massages, and some even smell like lavendar

While fats, the primary nutrient in oils, has the highest amount of calories per gram, that doesn't mean to avoid them if you're trying to cut down. Fats play a crucial role in nutrient absorption, hormone production, maintaining energy balance, and effecting satiety.

There are plenty of different types of oils and we wanted to use this month's newsletter as a jumping off point to start the conversation on which oils you should lean into consuming raw, which ones you should cook with, and plenty more.
