After the Open, we’ll be shifting our focus to skill work, starting with handstand push-up training. If you’ve ever wanted to master this movement (or even get your first rep), now’s the time! We’ll break it down step by step, making sure you build the strength and confidence to progress safely.
⚡ Strategic Adjustments: Heavy Deadlifts on Fridays
To keep our training balanced, we’re moving our heavier deadlift days to Fridays. This shift spreads out our big lifts, allowing for better recovery while continuing to strengthen your glutes and hamstrings. Tuesdays will still be our long conditioning days, so you can keep building endurance alongside strength.
