It’s with a mix of gratitude and bittersweet emotions that we have to announce Isaac’s departure from the Pittsburgh FIT family. After seven incredible years as a coach, Personal Trainer, and teammate, Isaac’s journey with us is coming to a close. His last day will be this Monday.
Isaac has been an integral part of our community, leaving a lasting impact on everyone at Pittsburgh FIT. From helping members overcome physical pain as a Certified Pain-Free Performance Specialist to encouraging them to smash their strength training PR’s, Isaac’s passion for fitness and precision has inspired us all. Whether guiding clients through Pitt FIT classes with his fine attention to detail, running the POWER Games Day, or offering a kind word of support, Isaac has always gone above and beyond.
Isaac started with us in 2018, when we were but a fledgling team of trainers running Group Fitness classes. He joined us coming off of a solid run with Panther CrossFit, which is still part of our community today. He was integral in navigating us through COVID when we were running all of our classes virtually due to lockdowns. Once our doors opened up again, he pivoted with the needs of our community to becoming a Personal Trainer during those tough times demonstrated his adaptability and allowing his true calling to shine to our community.
Isaac’s next chapter is just as inspiring. He’s been accepted into a master’s program in Environmental and Civil Engineering — a perfect fit for someone with his incredible attention to detail, passion for conserving the environment, and love of problem-solving. We have no doubt that he will excel in this new role and make an impact in ways that extend far beyond the gym.
While we will deeply miss his presence, coaching expertise, and friendship, we couldn’t be prouder of him for pursuing this new opportunity.
Isaac, thank you for everything you’ve done for Pittsburgh FIT. You’ve helped shape the culture of our community, and your legacy will remain long after you’ve moved on to this exciting new chapter.
We wish you nothing but success, happiness, and fulfillment as you embark on this next adventure. Don’t be a stranger—you’ll always have a home here at Pittsburgh FIT!
