March 2025 - Fitness Shortcuts and Our Perspective

March is well underway, and we are continuing our focus on building sustainable habits that drive real progress. Last week, we emphasized the importance of nutrition and small, meaningful changes. This week, we are turning our attention to the truth about fitness shortcuts and how to set yourself up for long-term success.

As a reminder, we are SO excited to offer Monthly Specialty Clinics for All Members! On April 5th, Coach Geremy is going to give you the run down on the knee joint and how to take great care of your knees. We're talking rehab from injury, strength training for stability, and prepping for sports. It's everything you Kneed to Know!

These sessions provide an opportunity to refine skills, improve technique, and receive focused coaching in a small-group setting. We encourage all members to take advantage of these sessions to further their development.

This Week’s Blog is our take on the The Best Fitness Shortcut. – The fitness industry is filled with quick fixes and misleading promises, but SPOILIERS: the most effective way to achieve lasting results is working with a professional coach who's helped people like you achieve the goal that you want.
