For many of us, we’re Thanksgiving is just the start of the season of parties and spending lots and LOTS of time with your loved ones. This means big meals and lots of opportunities for extra drinks and desserts.
And all of you take fantastic care of your health.
We want you to remind you that it's not just okay, but encouraged, to celebrate.
Let the routine go for a few days. Eat things you wouldn't normally, move a little less than usual, and maybe even add some cream to your coffee! GASP
Health is more than just what you eat and how you move your body.
Your social and emotional health needs cared for too, so don't worry about losing a fitness gains, and remember that Thanksgiving is only a day (or two), and there's two and a half solid weeks for great habits before the next holiday begins!
Also, we couldn't let a Thanksgiving go by without acknowledging you!
We are so grateful for our amazing community! From the smiles you bring at 5AM, to the high fives that happen at 7PM after the last class is over, we couldn't be happier with the people we get to see every day.
