National Nutrition Month 2025

March is National Nutrition Month, making it the perfect time to check in on the habits that fuel your busy life. What you eat impacts everything—from your energy levels to your long-term health. This month, we’re keeping it simple: small, sustainable changes that make a big difference.

A few key dates to keep in mind:

  • National Nutrition Month Let’s focus on real, nourishing foods that help you perform your best in and out of the gym.
  • World Kidney Day (March 14) Hydration and balanced nutrition play a huge role in kidney health. Are you drinking enough water?
  • World Oral Health Day (March 20) Did you know your oral health is linked to your overall wellness? Your gut, heart, and even energy levels are all connected to what’s happening in your mouth!

This week, we'll continue to dig into the truth around fitness shortcuts and our class programming will lean into true High Intensity (simple) Interval Training.
