🏋️ Strength Focus: Strict Press

We’re kicking things off at the rig with a strict press! You’ll move through sets of 8, 6, and 4 reps, increasing the weight each time. The goal here is to improve shoulder stability and upper body strength. Keep those elbows slightly in front of the bar, core engaged, and lift with control. Beginners—start light and focus on form to set a solid foundation!

🔥 MetCon Madness: Run & Power Cleans

Next up: a 4-round MetCon with a 300-meter run, followed by max power clean and jerks in a 2-minute window. Don’t worry—it's all about pacing! Use the run to elevate your heart rate, then tackle the cleans with purpose. Choose a manageable weight and stay consistent. You’ll be done before you know it!
