🏃 METCON Madness – Power & Speed
The main event is a high-octane 4-minute workout of alternating dumbbell clean-and-jerks, followed by calorie sprints on the assault bike. Then, you’re back for 16 dumbbell snatches, pushing your limits with speed and endurance. Keep your energy high, power through each rep, and finish each round with as many calories as you can muster on the bike!
