🏃 Push Your Limits - Conditioning Time!
Next up is a conditioning circuit designed to get your heart rate up and build stamina. You’ll tackle burpees over the bar, hang power cleans, and shoulder-to-overhead (STO) lifts. With weights decreasing each round, this part of the workout will allow you to actually PICK UP the pace even though the reps climb. You’ve got this!
