Workout of the Day - Box Jumps and Back Squats

You’ll have 25 minutes to work up to your heaviest 3-rep max. Our team of expert trainers will guide you through every set with an emphasis on proper form: weight in your heels, braced core, and chest tall. It’s the perfect chance to push your limits and feel the empowering strength of your legs in action! Next up: Fast and FuriousYou'll blast through front squats and high box jumps in a short 10 minute burst. The goal? Maintain steady pacing on the box jumps and tackle those front squats in no more than two sets each.
