Push Up and Push Down - Workout of the Day

💪 Get Ready to Crush It!

Today’s workout is a powerful mix of strength and conditioning designed to challenge you from start to finish. You’ll start by dialing in your technique with strict presses, followed by a killer 12-minute EMOM that keeps you moving and motivated. It’s the perfect mix of heavy lifting and high-energy exercises that will leave you feeling accomplished.

🏋️‍♀️ Strength Focus: Strict Press

The strength portion kicks off with strict presses: 6-4-4-2 reps, building heavier with each set. This is your chance to fine-tune your technique. Keep your body in check—tuck those ribs, squeeze your glutes, and press with control. It’s all about building a strong, stable core while pushing those limits!

🔥 METCON Madness: EMOM Challenge

Next up is the METCON, a 12-minute EMOM! You’ll tackle a dumbbell complex with snatches, push presses, and overhead lunges, alternating arms each minute. Keep that dumbbell overhead and keep moving—your goal is to get through each round without dropping it. In the third minute, get ready to work on muscle-ups, burpee pull-ups, or dips for some gymnastics fun!
