Workout of the Day - Cleans in Double

✈️ Ready for Liftoff! Hey everyone, Greg here with your Tuesday motivation! I’m about to head off on vacation, but don’t worry, you’ll be in good hands while I’m away. Today, we're diving into a powerful workout that’ll leave you feeling accomplished and ready to crush the rest of your week. Let’s get into it!

💪 Power Up! We’ve got power cleans on deck! For the next 10 minutes, you’ll be working on lifting two reps every minute, starting from the ground. Keep that chest high, grip the bar tight, and focus on getting the weight up with solid form. Don’t stress about numbers—just make sure the weight feels challenging but doable. You’ll feel the burn by the end!

🔥 Double the Fun After power cleans, it’s time to tackle five rounds of 15 dumbbell snatches and 15 squats. The twist? You’ll be using two dumbbells. If that sounds new, think of it like a kettlebell swing but with an extra punch! Keep the weights close to your body as you snap them overhead, then get ready to squat deep. It’s a tough workout, but you’re tougher!
