🌟 September Soars In with Excitement! 🌟

Our Olympic-Lifting cycle was an undeniable hit, sweeping athletes off their feet and onto the path of technical prowess. From novices to seasoned pros, everyone embraced the challenge and walked away with newfound strength and knowledge.

But that's not all – August was a PR extravaganza! A hearty round of applause for every individual who sweated it out, shattered personal records, and emerged even mightier. Our gymnastics cycle brought finesse to the forefront, transforming mere skills into artistry. We dialed up the intensity by tossing in curveballs, setting the stage for triumph in the upcoming Power Games day on December 2nd!

And now, onto September!

This month, consider it a curtain-raiser, a tantalizing prelude to the grand symphony of strength cycles that awaits in October. Get ready to explore Overhead Squats and Bench Presses, our October headliners, as we sprinkle weekly doses of these moves throughout September.

Want more? We're cranking up the pull, with a focus on heavy ground work. Deadlifts, Sumo Deadlifts, and Odd Objects – they're all back on the menu. And let's not forget the art of the Double Under – prepare to conquer this challenge and unleash your new-found fitness upon the world!

The tempo is shifting, the vibe is pure energy – we're dialing back to aerobic conditioning, igniting the realm of PURE GPP BURNERS. Brace yourselves for benchmark retests that promise thrills and adrenaline.

Buckle up, champions! The journey continues with a September lineup that includes Barbell Cycling, Bench Press, and Overhead Squat days for strength aficionados. Conditioning enthusiasts, brace for Short Sprints, Heavy Days, Moderate Length Workouts, Long Workouts, and even Partner Workout Saturdays.
