🔥 Feel the Burn! In this workout, we're aiming for near-max intensity. You'll be pushing yourself to the limit, with RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion) hitting a solid 9 or 10. The goal? Finish strong in 10 minutes. If you're trying overhead squats for the first time, don't worry so much about the clock and focus on 10 high quality unbroken overhead squats if you can! This is a win too! And there's always the run to push the pace :)

It's all about mastering those movements and maintaining good form throughout. The overhead squat can be tricky if you're newer to barbells. Don't hesitate to aim for 2-3 overhead squats instead of 10 and finish the rest of the reps in a front squat. This is a great strategy to challenge yourself with a couple reps of the new movement without worrying about 'missing intensity.'
