Workout of the Day - Steady State Grind

🏋️‍♂️ Get ready for a long, sweaty grind! The workout today consists of rowing, sit ups, biking, and updowns, and is designed to last about 40 minutes, with the goal of finding your sustainable pace. Push through discomfort, and aim to match or beat your time in the second round.

💪 This workout falls under the "GRIND" category, which tests your physical, mental, and emotional grit. Expect two rounds of cardio and bodyweight movements, each challenging but doable for most where the target is to pick a pace that very slowly increases in difficulty to maintain.

⏱️ Your target pace is an RPE 7, which means about 70% effort throughout. Top-end athletes can aim for 30-33 minutes, while most can target 33-38 minutes. Everyone will be rowing and their hearts out, and the sit ups and up-downs are meant to be the fun part!
