Every month we track attendance. Why? The best results come to those who exercise 3-4 times per week. For one hour. That's it.

We like to highlight the people who consistently work out 14x a month without fail. Those people don't have to push the hardest, or lift the heaviest. Consistency over time is where they win. They'll be fit enough to jump on a box when they are 90 years old. And some of them are in their 70s already (What's up Barry S)!

At Pittsburgh FIT, it's our job to highlight the amazing work our clients are doing. It helps keep our team motivated, it deepens the bonds of our community, and it makes Pittsburgh a little bit healthier of a city, one person at at time <3
