July means the start of a new strength cycle! This 8-week cycle will kick off the SECOND week of the month to account for the holiday season. There's more info below if you want to get a deep-dive into what you'll come to expect if you're a Group Fitness member.
Remember, we have an altered schedule for the holiday
This month we are closing out the Summer Shred with Coach Morgan and the 8-Week Olympic Lifting Clinic with Coach Isaac. And let me tell you: they have been AMAZING! We're expecting to see plenty of names on the PR board from both beginners and advanced athletes, and of course we'll share the results of our first ever Summer Shred.
We also know how far in advance all of you adults plan, so we picked a date and a format for our September Games Day!
On Saturday September 21st, you'll need a partner (teams of 2) and an extra cup of coffee in the morning to bring your best performances as we raise money for a local Pittsburgh charity! So mark your calendar and start picking your partner ASAP.
We are SUPER excited about this summer and all the cool stuff coming your way.
