Starting TUESDAY September 3rd at 7PM Coach Isaac is running another Olympic Weightlifting clinic!
We are back at it and ready to attack the Clean and Jerk and Snatch!

Well, this 8 week Olympic Lifting Clinic is for you!
This cycle will be focused around Olympic Weightlifting aka the Clean and Jerk, and the Snatch.
You WILL get stronger during this 8 week workshop! Keep in mind, stronger doesn't mean bigger. Stronger simply means you'll be able to move more weight with better form, leading to increased speed, power and confidence in the gym.
During this 8-week program, you'll spend 1 day per week with Coach Isaac in a 75-90min small group training session, and be given 3 days of accessory work to complete on your own at the gym.
You'll have access to the True Coach app, which will give you video demos of everything we ask you to do, and you'll also have direct access to Isaac for any questions you might have about the different movements.
In the previous Olympic Lifting Clinics, 100% of participants hit new PRs on 2 out of 3 lifts and a lot of them improving drastically on all 3 lifts!
