A clinic for just one rep of 1 lift? Yup. The back squat, like other lifts might seem simple but there is an art to a good back squat.
This is your chance to lift heavy and find a TRUE 1-rep max.
This is important because we do A LOT of percentage based strength work at the gym, and to truly reap the benefits, you need to work with accurate percentages.
Erika will lead you through a general, then specific warm up all while optimizing your stance, weight distribution, bar position, and anything else that could help you lift a little bit heavier.
And you'll be under the direct supervision of one of the best coaches out there.
