You know us: We’re all about educating, having fun and helping. At the event we’ll do a simple and fun partner workout to give them a taste of what you do (without scaring them away!) to stay so fit. This workout is designed to be VERY accessible to people of all fitness levels.Afterwards, there will be snacks and coffee for all participants and a chance to socialize!
Your guest will be able to get to know us and find out what we’re all about.
