We can overload the eccentrics to build strength. We can challenge our entire core to maintain good body position throughout. And we can give a boost to the weight that we're lifting :)
In the conditioning though, we're taking away the legs! Strict presses are a great conditioning exercise that we don't do very often, so make sure you join us today for this great workout.
