What's a cluster?

"a group of similar things or people positioned or occurring closely together"
That's exactly what we're shooting for today.
A cluster consists of
Power Clean (From the Ground)
Front Squat
Push Press
So in today's workout, you'll be doing 7 in a row with a single dumbbell on a single arm.
That's 7 cleans, 7 front squats, and 7 push presses all in one set! Talk about a great way to build muscle :)
Don't worry! Almost everyone in our classes will be using different weighted dumbbells. And we have 5 pound dumbbells all the way up to 95!
The point is to complete the reps all in a row, and look good while you're doing it!
