Your body responds to the demands placed upon it, so we train you through full ranges of motion. We use a wide variety of movements and rotate through the six fundamental movement patterns. And we do it heavy and fast.
It's time to slow things down and focus on balance, proprioception, and flexibility.
Starting SUNDAY 1/15 at 10AM, we will be offering semi-weekly yoga classes for our members!
Arielle H and Lauren Y will be leading a group through a 45 minute session after the Sunday Circuit FIT class.
Feel free to workout then jump into yoga, or come at 10AM just for yoga! Either way, make sure you check in through Triib!
PS - We will have some mats available but we recommend BYO yoga mats. If you want straps and blocs, bring them with you too!
